Waiheke Beachside Lodge Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit is paid. This can be done by cheque, cash or internet banking. A 50% deposit (on the total amount) is usually required.
2. If, after confirmation, you decide to cancel the booking, the following cancellation policy will apply;
A. Outside 14 days of the confirmed dates, we will retain 10% of the total amount of the stay as a fee, and the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you.
B. Between 7 and 14 days of the confirmed stay 20% of the total amount of the stay will be retained by us as a fee, the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you.
C. Within 7 days of the intended stay 50% of the total amount of the stay i.e. the deposit will be retained by us.
3. For Christmas Period Bookings 15th December - 31st January the following applies:
A. Outside 21 days of the confirmed dates, we will retain 10% of the total amount of the stay as a fee, and the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you.
B. Between 14 and 21 days of the confirmed stay 20% of the total amount of the stay will be retained by us as a fee, the remainder of the deposit will be returned to you.
C. Within 14 days of the intended stay 50% of the total amount of the stay i.e. the deposit will be retained by us.
